It serves the purpose of setting the tone for respectful learning, motivating students to feel significant, creating empathy, encouraging collaboration and establishing a sense of togetherness between the students every morning. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The teaching and learning cycle set the framework for how the students gain knowledge about lab report writing.
